Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer. EU and UK right of withdrawal If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase. For digital content supplied immediately, that statutory right ends once the download begins: by completing checkout you ask for immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal. The 14-day promise above is offered voluntarily and goes further than the law requires. Faulty, missing or unreadable files If a download link doesn't work, a file is corrupted, or your delivery email never arrived, contact us and we will put it right straight away.
