Returns and refunds

Irregular Income sells digital products — PDF ebooks and downloadable worksheets. They are delivered instantly and cannot be returned in the ordinary sense, so this policy sets out exactly where you stand.

Our 14-day promise

Buy a Irregular Income product, work through it honestly, and if it does not help you, email itilyasse@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you in full. You do not need to write an essay — one sentence about what did not work is enough, and it genuinely helps us improve the product.

How to request a refund

Email itilyasse@gmail.com from the address you used at checkout and include your order number. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

EU and UK right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase. For digital content supplied immediately, that statutory right ends once the download begins: by completing checkout you ask for immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal. The 14-day promise described above is offered voluntarily and goes further than the law requires.

Faulty, missing or unreadable files

If a download link does not work, a file is corrupted, or your delivery email never arrived, contact us and we will put it right straight away. That is never something you should have to pay for twice.

Before you open a dispute

Please email us before raising a chargeback with your bank. Almost everything can be resolved in a single message, and far faster.
