Delivery policy
Everything Irregular Income sells is digital. Nothing is printed, packed or posted, so there are no shipping costs, no delivery addresses and no waiting for a courier.
How delivery works
- You complete checkout.
- Your download links appear immediately on the order confirmation page.
- The same links arrive by email, at the address you entered at checkout, within a few minutes.
If your files do not arrive
First check your spam or promotions folder, and confirm the email address on your order was typed correctly. If the email is still missing, or a link does not work, write to itilyasse@gmail.com with your order number and we will send your files directly. There is no time limit on this and no charge — if you paid for it, you get it.
File formats and what you need
Our products are PDF files. They open on any phone, tablet, laptop or desktop computer with a free PDF reader, and the worksheets are formatted to print cleanly on A4 and US Letter. No app, account or subscription is required.
Access
Your download links do not expire. Save the files somewhere you will find them again — and if you ever lose them, email us and we will resend them.
